May i ask how long you have been in the industry for? Any qualified professional would be well aware of the fact a Form 2 MUST be issued on the 16th day. If you neglect to follow this process you will void any insurance claim as you have not met the protocol and SACAT wont hear your matter.
Furthermore, if the maintenance was not completed why did you not serve a Form 4 on the landlord? Where you unaware you could do this?

I am also a property manager and a tenant of Altus. They have been nothing but professional and have provided strong knowledge of the RTT Legislation. If you are looking for a manager who is on the ball, tenacious and not intimidated by those 'delightful' tenants then I highly recommend Lisa Kosano and her team...They are amazing.
